Large Tumoral Pubic Keloid
This was a 23-year-olf female who presented in January 2019 for treatment of a large tumoral pubic keloid. She had developed her first keloid at age of 18. He pubic keloid had been present for a few years and has previously been treated with steroid injections. This keloid had proven to be resistant to steroid injections.
This keloid lesion was treated with Cryotherapy in February 2019, using long-acting local anesthetic. The patient had no pain after the treatment. The bulk of this keloid came off with only one treatment.
The patient returned in April 2019 for follow up. The base of the keloid, once the mass had come off was slightly raised. Patient was advised to receive intralesional steroid injections, but she decided just to observe the lesion.

Tumoral Pubic Keloid Treated with Cryotherapy - April 2019
She returned in October of 2019 with minimal recurrence of the keloid at the base of the treated area. The area was injected with Steroids.
This patient obviously will need more treatments to keep the base of the lesion flat and free of keloid. We will post follow up photographs of this lesion once the patient returns to our office.
